Matthew did a good job finding us a rental house to purchase that was out of the neighborhoods we frequently buy in. He was able to get our offer ahead of two higher offers by leveraging our “cash” offering. The inspection came back with a few items that needed completion, and Matthew was able to reduce the price by a token for this as well. I think we got a decent deal overall especially considering the highly competitive sellers market. I’d give Matthew 5 stars if he had gotten us an unbelievable deal, but those are super rare in this market.
