The thought of selling your home is a pretty scary thought, first question is where to go, packing, searching for the “new” place, packing, how will your property be received by Buyers, packing, feedback, packing … yes, high stress for sure.  One of the first major decisions should be who to use as your agent.  Let’s face it, we all have the same tools … MLS, Internet Marketing, Open Houses, etc  … in my opinion even more important than any of these things is your relationship with the Agent you are putting your trust in.  Are they giving you a realistic picture of what your house is worth, the staging suggestions, the repair suggestions.  Are they knowledgeable, experienced, caring? I remember a house I listed for this couple who interviewed several “high performing” agents and they went with me because I was honest about their homes condition (they had a cat they knew had “sprayed” downstairs and no one mentioned it to them but me).  I’d love to talk to you about helping you sell your home, I promise to give you my best advise, to be as open and honest as possible.
